Beat the heat

These days when we think about safety, COVID-19 usually comes to mind first, but now that summer is here it’s important to also consider the risks of heat and high humidity.

Too much exposure to high temperatures can lead to serious health problems. Early symptoms of heat-related illness to watch for can include dizziness, headache and extreme thirst.

Fortunately, heat-related illness is preventable by following the safety tips below in hot or humid weather.
