Going Home

At Runnymede, our goal is to maximize your potential and support you to return home if possible.

We will begin discussions with you and your family at admission regarding what is required to get you home. Our team will work with you, your family and agencies, such as Home and Community Care at the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network to arrange services for you at home or to wait for a bed in a long-term care facility.

The length of your stay at Runnymede is based on the assessment of the care team and your ongoing progress.
