Patient Declaration of Values

As part of Runnymede Healthcare Centre’s commitment to delivering the best patient and family-centred care, our Patient Declaration of Values was developed with consultation and feedback from our patients, former patients, family members, caregivers, and our community. This public consultation was also in accordance with Ontario’s Excellent Care for All Act in order to ensure patients’ needs and values are well considered throughout their care journey.
