Runnymede is in compliance with the Customer Service Standard under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act 2005 whereby policies, practices and procedures outline how we are supporting individuals with disabilities. Examples include permitting the use of guide dogs and assistive devices, and offering materials in large print.
