Runnymede Healthcare Centre recognizes the vital role visitors and Essential Care Partners (ECPs) play in a patient’s healing and well-being.

Parking & Hospital Access

  • Parking: The hospital does not currently have on-site parking.
    Accessible parking spaces are located at the front entrance for patient drop-offs and pick-ups.
  • 24-Hour Visitation:
    • All patients: Visitors are welcome 24/7.
    • COVID-19-positive patients: One visitor/ECP may be permitted at a time.

Scent & Smoke-Free Policy

Runnymede is committed to maintaining a safe, healthy environment:

  • Please avoid wearing scented products such as perfumes or colognes while visiting the hospital.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the building and is discouraged on hospital property.

Food, Plants, and Flowers Guidelines

To ensure patient safety and well-being, we ask all visitors to follow guidelines regarding food, plants, and flowers in inpatient areas. Click here for the latest guidelines.

Cafeteria

Located on the basement level, the cafeteria offers a variety of meals, snacks, and beverages.

  • Hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (hot lunch service ends at 2:15 PM)
    • Weekends:
      • 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
      • 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
      • 2:15 PM – 3:00 PM
  • 24/7 Access: Seating is available at all times, and vending machines offer snacks and drinks.
