Patient safety is a number one priority at Runnymede and drives us to clinical and operational excellence on a daily basis. We encourage and engage our patients and their families and visitors to stay informed about the care that we provide. We also conduct ongoing quality improvement exercises and initiatives.

To support patient safety, we outline the rights and responsibilities that you can expect as a patient at the hospital; provide ongoing education and resources for patients, families and visitors related to safety; conduct an annual patient satisfaction survey and hold regular Patient Family Advisory Council meetings to provide a forum for two-way sharing of feedback and information.
