So much of what we do at Runnymede would simply not be possible without the generosity and support of our donors, friends, benefactors and community members.

8th Annual Toronto Police Service Homicide Squad Charity Golf Tournament

On Wednesday, September 24, 2014, the Toronto Police Service Homicide Squad hosted its 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament at the Royal Woodbine Golf Club to benefit Runnymede Healthcare Centre.

Over 140 golfers took to the links for a round of golf before enjoying a delicious dinner and participating in exciting silent and live auctions. Detective Sergeant Frank Skubic served as emcee and oversaw the evening’s festivities.

The golf tournament was a huge success, raising over $50,000 to support Runnymede’s innovative patient programs and hospital operations.

Thank you to the Homicide Squad for their overwhelming generosity and support. Runnymede would also like to thank the event's many corporate sponsors, donors, community partners, friends and volunteers for their continued assistance in helping the hospital reach its fundraising goals.

Together, we make it possible.

4th Annual ICARE Gala 2013

Over 400 guests helped raise more than $260,000 at Runnymede Healthcare Centre’s 4th Annual ICARE Gala on Friday, November 15, 2013 at Bellvue Manor in Vaughan.

The ICARE Gala is the primary fundraising event for the hospital. With the funding pressures facing hospitals in the current economic climate, the money raised goes a long way to support innovative patient programs and hospital operations.

We salute and recognize our Gala Co-chairs, John Aquino, Bondfield Construction and Sam Ciccolini, SJC Investments Inc., as well as our donors, friends and benefactors who generously supported this worthwhile cause and made it a truly special event. Canadian singing legend, Andy Kim and his nine-piece band headlined the gala, providing the musical entertainment, while Eva Fragiskatos, Traffic and Entertainment Reporter for 680News and Breakfast Television acted as Master of Ceremonies (MC) for the evening.

Since the first ICARE Gala was held in 2010, the event has raised more than $960,000 for the hospital.
